Jan 04, 2017 12:03 am
Jesse McKinley reports in The New York Times that Gov. Andrew Cuomo announce a plan for free tuition at state colleges to New Yorkers with families making $125,000 or less annually. On Dec. 31, Cuomo vetoed the indigent legal services bill, saying the state did not have the funds to pay for it. Read the full story in The New York Times.
