Public meeting to discuss the newly-enacted Cannabis Law and the ability for towns to opt out of adult-use cannabis retail dispensaries and/or on-site consumption businesses within the municipality by local law. The board wishes to hear public comment and is encouraging the public to attend and/or submit written comment either by mail or email to townclerk@townofcatskillny.gov.
