The Albany Times Union reports that Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced May 17 that he was doling out $175.4 million for affordable housing developments across the state. That included $2.4 million for 28 homes for low-income, elderly residents at Civill Senior Housing Revitalization in Ravena.
