"Tell It Like It Is," an eclectic interview program airing Thursdays, 10 - 11 a.m., will debut Thursday, Nov. 18 on WGXC. Featuring unheard voices from Greene and Columbia counties, a collective of co-hosts -- Christina Malisoff, Sam Sebren, Richard Roth, Nancy Rothman, and Alan Skerrett -- will speak to a variety of people on topics from arts to agriculture, politics to pop culture, and more. A calendar of events segment features reports from Ellen Thurston in Columbia County and Herman Reinhold in Greene County. You can also hear updates on environmental issues that affect us all. "Tell It Like It Is" grew out of a WGXC free workshop for radio production led by Dharma Dailey and Emily Bennison. Christina Malisoff generously invited the class to come under the umbrella of her show and "Tell It Like It Is" was created. The first show features Vanessa the Spinstress of "Ouro Borus Hoops." She makes hula hoops and teaches hula-hooping. Also a roundtable discussion on Amy Goodman's recent Catskill talk.
