W.T. Eckert reported in The Daily Mail the owners of a Spruceton Road property are fighting the seizure of their home through eminent domain by Greene County. The property is located at 942 Spruceton Road in Lexington, along the raised bank of the West Kill. The property has a history of being compromised due to weather conditions, according to county officials. Lawmakers passed a resolution to take the property by eminent domain, Wed., Feb. 20.
