Kara Scannell and Sonia Moghe report for CNN that a court filing about a briefing schedule revealed Jan. 3 that New York Attorney General Letitia James has not just subpoenaed former President Donald Trump, but also his children Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. The Manhattan district attorney's office and the attorney general are investigating whether the Trump Organization manipulated the values of its properties, showing investors high values, and tax collectors low values. Eric Trump, another child of the former president and an executive vice president at the company, was previously subpoenaed and testified in late 2020.
