The Daily Mail is reporting the Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation has received $300,000 in funding from the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation to fund the Greene County Trailer Replacement Program. That program will replace nine old, deteriorated owner-occupied mobile homes in the county. This is the second replacement program -- the first replaced 13 units. "Receiving a second round of funding for mobile home replacement from the AHC helps mitigate some of the most deteriorated housing conditions in the county and removes health and safety hazards from local communities,” said Karl Heck, president of the Catskill corporation. Program applications are now being accepted, and are available by contacting the Catskill corporation at 943-6700. Read the full story in The Daily Mail.
