Mid-Hudson News reports that sales of single family homes have dropped dramatically in Ulster County this year. The Ulster County Board of Realtors says that in the first three quarters of 2023 home sales fell by almost 23 percent from the same period last year. The average selling price was up by 5.6 percent, from $475,244 in the first three quarters of 2022 to $502,039 during the same period this year. And the trend might be growing.
