Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on April 20 154 vetoes of items in the FY 2018 Enacted Budget. The vetoes include 13 reappropriations for items that had previously been fully paid out, according to Cuomo. Seventy-five items, "are more than seven years old and no state funding has been disbursed over the most recent seven year period," a statement from Cuomo said. The complete list of vetoes is here.
