John Mason in the Register-Star reports general agreement among Common Council members on several issues at the July 19 meeting: "approving a deal with Columbia County to staff the new Senior Center, approving grant submissions for park improvements, renovations of the Youth Center and zoning and planning, retaining a negotiator for the police labor contract, establishing an escrow for review of the Colarusso haul road, and paying off a legal settlement to Heinrich Von Ritter."
