The Daily Freeman reports that New York has opened 22 beaches, pools, and "spraygrounds" across New York for swimming, including Lake Taghkanic in the town of Ancram in Columbia County at normal capacity. Park visitors are reminded to practice physical distancing, and all other rules. Face coverings, for instance, are required for all visitors inside park buildings.
