The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Sat., Jan. 3. A storm system will bring a period of snow beginning Saturday afternoon, turning to rain later that night with a wintry mix in between. Warm temperatures Sun., Dec. 4 may cause minor flooding. Then temperatures plummet again Sunday evening.
