The New York Department of Environmental Conservation recently fined the Dunn Landfill in Rensselaer County $35,000 for odor and dust violations. Mark Dunlea from WGXC's partner station WOOC in Troy, discussed the landfill with Dave Ellis of the Rensselaer Environmental Coalition.
