New York's Department of Transportation will close the Route 9H bridge over the Taghkanic Creek in Claverack in Columbia County will be closed from May 18 until November for replacement with detours. Before then, there will be daily lane closures. In Dutchess County, the bridge on Route 199 in Milan between the east and west intersections of Rock City Road is closed through Aug. 15 for construction. Traffic is detoured on to NYS Routes 308, 9G, and 9.
