WGXC Programming changes:
1. "Latinoamerica" has returned, the second and fourth Sundays of the month from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., hosted by Juan Sanchez.
2. "The Friday Night Vibes Session" takes over the "Qpid Rox Show" spot on the second and fourth Fridays of the month from 9:30 p.m. to midnight. A high-energy dance music mix hosted by Hudson resident Shevar Thomas.
3. "The Nearest Faraway Place" begins the fifth Sunday of the month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. "Lesser known" indie folk, country, and rock, hosted by Pat Linnan and Chris Hayes.
4. "Off the Rails" debuted this week, the first Monday of the month from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Eclectic music mix hosted by Charlie and Maura Ostroskey.
5. And Ken Landin from Crossroads Brewery in Athens is doing a prog rock quarterly show, the fifth Monday of the month from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
6. "All Together Now!" expands on the "WGXC Evening News" with local news from 6-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
7. "Barbershop Talks" is on hiatus.
