The New York State Bridge Authority announced April 16 on both its Twitter and Facebook pages road work on the Rip Van Winkle Bridge for the next month. The road work begins April 17 and continues through May 26, with narrow lanes only 10'6" wide. Drivers are urged to use caution and wide loads are prohibited during the work.
