Logan Weiss reports for Columbia-Greene Media that Scenic Hudson joined with the towns of Germantown and Rhinebeck, and the Germantown Waterfront Advisory Committee for a public information meeting Dec. 15 about Amtrak's proposal to wall off access to parts of the Hudson River locally.
