Here is audio/info of the complete Public Hearing tonite re Draft Law 4-2013 "proposing to ban the use of (gas waste) brine on any Village street or Village owned property and it would prohibit the sale, application and disposal of waste associated with natural gas or oil exploration and extraction activities within the Village of Catskill." It was determined that more revisions would be made on the Draft and another hearing will take place in 2 weeks at which time hopefully the Board will take a vote.
