Columbia-Greene Media is reporting a Warren Street Academy teacher was arrested June 25, and charged with multiply felonies. Sean M. Miller, 26, of Latham, was arrested following a police investigation into the possession and promotion of child pornography, police said. The New York State Police Computer Crime Unit followed a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Following the execution of a search warrant at Miller's home, police found child pornography as well as an illegal assault rifle. Miller told police he was a teacher at the Warren Street Academy in Hudson; law enforcement could not reach anyone at the school, but the Hudson Police Department was notified of the arrest. “While the investigation has not revealed any known victims in this area, the nature of this offense and his access to children lead us to ask that anyone that has information or may have been victimized by this defendant contact their local police department,” Colonie police said. The Warren Street Academy, also known as The Bridge, opened to students in 2014. The school is slated to close, along with the Berkshire Union Free School District, next week.
