During the second hour of this broadcast, host George Spencer will visit with interdisciplinary artist Lu Barnes. Barnes works primarily in metal, electronics, wood, and found materials, to investigate the physical phenomena of heaviness, precarity, tension, conductivity, resistance, and transformation. Barnes current body of work, Heaven is For Junkies, will be on display during Winter Walk, Sat., Dec. 7, in Hudson.
