Nick Reisman reports at New York State of Politics that Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin and Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi, who both unsuccessfully ran for governor against Kathy Hochul last year, announced new jobs this week. Zeldin on March 1 announced he will lead the a political action committee called Leadership America Needs PAC. Suozzi is becoming co-chair at a consulting firm, Actum LLC. Zeldin's move keeps him in politics, as the committee will be "engaging new Republican voters," he says, and also recruiting new candidates. Read more about this story at New York State of Politics.
