Rick Karlin in Capitol Confidential reports that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is targeting 30 so-called "moderate" Republican congressional representatives -- including Rep. John Faso (R-Kinderhook) -- who might not vote for the next version of the Republican health care plan that allows states to remove the pre-existing condition.
