The Daily Freeman is reporting Greene County students in grades kindergarten through 12 can take part in a competition to design the official logo of the Greene County Youth Fair. The design must contain the words “Greene County Youth Fair,” should focus on youth and agriculture in the County, should be flexible in size and must contain color. The entry deadline is April 30. The winner will be announced Memorial Day weekend and be awarded a $100 U.S. Savings Bond. This year’s fair runs from July 25 to 28 at Angelo Canna Town Park in Cairo.
