Local primary elections moved to Sept. 13

Chris McKenna reports in The Fray that the state legislature has voted to move state and local primaries from Sept. 11 to Sept. 13 this year. The move avoids a conflict with the Rosh Hashanah holiday, the celebration of the the Jewish new year. The Congressional primaries will still be held on June 26. Read the full story in The Fray.
