William J. Kemble reports in the Daily Freeman the Woodstock Town Board will ask state lawmakers to criminalize the natural gas drilling method known as hydraulic fracturing, or fracking. The board adopted a resolution to that effect, Tues., Jan. 15, drawing support from more than three dozen people in attendance.
