The Daily Freeman reports that the roof of the Williams Lumber & Home Centers store in Rhinebeck collapsed March 15 under the weight of the blizzard's snow. While there were customers and employees in the store at the time, no one was hurt. The Rhinebeck Fire Department said the wind blew snow to a particular spot on the roof causing the collapse.
