- Amtrak: Holiday schedules through Sunday
- Banks: Open Friday.
- County offices: Greene open Friday; Columbia closed Friday; Ulster open on limited basis Friday; Dutchess Water and Wastewater Office closed Thursday and Friday
- Federal offices: Open Friday
- Financial markets: Open until 1 p.m. Friday
- Greene County Transit: No service
- Mail delivery: Normal delivery Friday
- Metro-North: Holiday schedule through Saturday
- Schools: Closed Friday
- State offices: Open Friday
- Trailways: Holiday schedule Friday
