Hochul reports better COVID-19 news in New York

David Robinson and Mike Stucka report in the Poughkeepsie Journal that for the week ending Jan. 16, New York added 360,560 new COVID-19 cases. That sounds like a lot, but it is down about 39 percent from the previous week's tally. At her public address Jan. 18 about her budget proposal, Gov.
