Richard Moody reports for Columbia-Greene Media that Columbia County wants to renovate and possibly repurpose office and garage space on Route 23B in Greenport. “We have talked about doing something with the garage for a while. The garage was built in 1934 and has 19,200 square feet. “It needs new windows, insulation and heating,” Knott said. “We could make it more energy-efficient and possibly get funding from the state for that.” Read the full story at HudsonValley360.com.
