Banks: Closed Thursday, open Friday.
Dutchess LOOP buses: No service Thursday; Saturday schedule on Friday.
Federal offices: Closed Thursday, open Friday.
Financial markets: Closed Thursday, open until 1 p.m. Friday.
Greene County Transit: No service either day.
Mail delivery: None Thursday, regular Friday.
Metro-North: Special schedule both days.
Schools: Closed both days.
State offices: Closed Thursday, open Friday.
Trailways: Holiday schedule both days.
UCAT buses (Ulster County and Kingston routes): No service Thursday; Saturday schedule on Friday.
