Albany television station WNYT is reporting that an audit of the justice court in New Lebanon from the state comptroller's office released Tue., Dec. 20 says more than $9,000 was unaccounted for and the audit calls into question one transaction for more than $2,100. The results were turned over to the state commission on judicial conduct. See the WNYT report with video here.
