Athens Cultural Center fixes leak

Daniel Zuckerman reports for Columbia-Greene Media that the Athens Cultural Center fixed its leaking roof, and hopes to eventually open its second floors for classes. The center’s capital fund spent $8,500 to fix the leak, a large chunk of what was budgeted. So making the stairway to the second floor passable will have to wait until more money is raised.
