Albany is back in session Wednesday

Matthew Hamilton reports in Capitol Confidential that lawmakers will return to Albany June 28 for a special session to address an extension of mayoral control of New York City’s schools, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on the day before. The legislature ended last week without passing any ethics reform, or the Child Victim's Act, and many other issues.
