No more sales of flavored e-sigs, tobacco products in pharmacies

MidHudsonNews [dot] com is reporting Tobacco Free Action Communities is celebrating the end of the sales of flavored e-cigarettes and all tobacco products in pharmacies. The new law took effect Mon., May 18. “Protecting youth from fruit, candy, and menthol-flavored e-cigarettes as well as reducing access and exposure to tobacco products in pharmacies is a huge step toward reducing tobacco use and addressing youth nicotine addiction,” said Ellen Reinhard, director of the anti-smoking group.
