Photo allegedly shows Stefanik's name in White House toilet
Syracuse.com reports that newly published photos show alleged White House documents from the administration of Donald Trump in a toilet, including one with local Rep. Elise Stefanik’s name on it. The New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman released two photos Aug. 8 of documents in a toilet, touting her forthcoming book. Haberman previously reported that the White House staff had found dumped documents clogging toilets during the Trump administration. Trump has denied flushing documents, and a spokesperson did so again after the two photos were published. Stefanik, though, has been mum on the issue so far. Trump's Florida estate was searched by the FBI on the same day the toilet photos were released. Read more about this story at Syracuse.com.
