Former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang spoke with Hudson Mayor Kamal Johnson in an online forum Sept. 17, about his part in a Universal Basic Income plan for Hudson. Yang's Humanity Forward non-profit, and Spark of Hudson and HudsonUp, are providing 25 individuals with $500 a month. Here is a bit of what Yang had to say about the project.
