Diane Pineiro-Zucker reports in The Daily Freeman Joan Tarshis of Woodstock is among several women accusing actor/comedian Bill Cosby of rape. Tarshis said with the constant media coverage of the story she, “feels as if justice is being served, even though it’s not in a court of law.” Tarshis said she was 21 years old when Cosby raped her. “I didn’t expect the media storm,” she said, noting she is not seeking any compensation from Cosby or even an apology. “If he expressed some remorse and confessed, I think it would be self-serving.” Cosby is scheduled to perform April 24, 2015 at the Palace Theatre in Albany.
