Cayla Harris in the Times Union reports that activists are planning pro-impeachment rallies Dec. 17 in front of the Hudson and Kingston offices of Rep. Antonio Delgado, as well as in Colonie, Cobleskill, Glens Falls, Delhi, and over 500 locations around the country. The "Impeach & Remove" rallies are sponsored by MoveOn.org and come the night before the U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote to impeach Donald Trump. Locally, Reps. Delgado, Paul Tonko, and Sean Maloney, all Democrats, have said they will vote for both articles of impeachment. Rep. Elise Stefanik, a Republican, plans to vote against the articles.
