WRGB reports that Rensselaerville Town Supervisor Steven Pfleging, has been charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree, Falsifying Business Records, both felonies, and Official Misconduct, a misdemeanor. Pfleging resigned from his position in the town in southern Albany County after a routine town audit discovered funds missing from town coffers. Pfleging was arraigned in Town of Westerlo Court and is due back in court Dec. 17. Read the full story on the WRGB website.
