Crossroads to open in Athens soon

Ken Landin and Janine Bennett of the new Crossroads Brewing Company in Athens stopped by the WGXC Afternoon Show Tuesday afternoon to speak with Ann Forbes Cooper about their new venture. Landin said the brewery -- in a former opera house -- may be open by April. Currently the tasting room is open most evenings and on Saturday and Sunday. Eventually Crossroads will have a restaurant, and a second-floor space for musical and theatrical performances. Click here to listen to the entire interview.
