Paul Kirby reports in the Daily Freeman that COVID-19 cases counts are rising in both Ulster and Dutchees counties. Ulster County officials reported 179 cases on March 28, up 28 from the day before. Dutchess County reported 146 cases March 27, up from 134 the day before. Columbia County officials reported 12 more cases March 28, and eight more on March 29. The Greene County Public Health Department reported 27 new cases on March 28, and 22 more on March 30.
