Liz Montgomery reports for Porcupine Soup that Daniel P. Mahoney of Freehold, Zachary A. Wood of Preston Hollow, and Eric J. Randio of New Baltimore were among 232 new state troopers graduating Dec. 21 from the 213th session of the Basic School of the New York State Police Academy. They report for field duty on December 27. For their first ten weeks they are evaluated under a field-training program supervised by senior field training officers.
