Today (Thu., Sept. 10) is primary day throughout New York state. Locally, voters affiliated with various political parties in Albany, Cairo, Greenport, Hudson, Kinderhook, New Baltimore, New Lebanon, Stuyvesant and Windham will go to the polls.
