Work begins on Coxsackie Senior Center

The Greene County Industrial Development Agency is soliciting design bids from local architectural firms by Feb. 25. There was a ribbon-cutting for the center Nov. 4. The Greene County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified professional service firms or individuals to provide architectural design services which will consist of developing plans, specifications and providing construction supervision for the renovation of the former Knights of Columbus facility located at 127 Mansion Street, Coxsackie NY, to accommodate a senior center.
