Antonio Delgado, the Democrat from Rhinebeck currently representing the 19th Congressional District in Congress, released a statement April 22 mostly praising the Senate coronavirus relief bill the Senate passed, but wondering why funding for state and local governments was kept out, and wondering why Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was suggesting states declare bankruptcy instead.
