Cassie Abel reports for HudsonValley360.com that the village of Catskill will see construction begin on a new sprayground at Elliot Park in the spring. The sprayground is expected to be completed by the summer. The Catskill Village Planning Board approved plans for the sprayground on Feb. 12. Cultivate Catskill and the Fortnightly Club of Catskill raised $150,000 to build the project. The Catskill village Department of Public Works will prepare the site and set hours of operation.
