The Greenville Pioneer is reporting the Greene County Children, Youth and Community Advisory Board is again sponsoring the county Youth Awards (Youth of the Year, Chairman’s Choice, and Director’s Choice). The awards recognize the outstanding contributions and achievements of Greene County youth for their contributions in serving their community through leadership, knowledge, skill and/or service. Young people, in grades 9 through 12, are eligible. A nomination form is available at greenegovernment [dot] com, or by contacting the county Department of Human Services at 518-719-3555.
