In the 1990's Xenakis managed to unify micro and macrocomposition using computers. The program consists of an algorithm that explores stochiastic timbre more thoroughly than ever before, resulting in a waveform which then evolves constantly. In ignorance of all this Bruce tried his darndest to make sounds with film and movie projector, something he calls dynamic stochiastic sythesis but discovered that Xenakis had already worked all this out in a pieces like "Gendy 3" and "S.709" way back in the early 1990's. Bruce is still making sounds none-the-less.
