WABC-TV reports that last week New York Governor Andrew Cuomo visited the Virgin Islands after a hurricane tore through the area, and on Sept. 22 he left for Puerto Rico, after Hurricane Maria knocked out virtually all power on the island. A JetBlue plane with 36,000 bottles of water, 10,000 MRE's, 3,000 canned goods, 1,400 cots, blankets and pillows, and 500 flashlights is also in its way to Puerto Rico from New York.
