Chatham-based cookbook author Zachary Pelaccio discussed his new Hudson restaurant, and his appearance Sat., Aug. 11 at Hudson Farmers Market on the "WGXC Afternoon Show" Thu., Aug. 9. Pelaccio is known for his Fatty Crab restaurant in New York City. The Hudson restaurant does not have a name yet, but will open this fall in the former Verdigris space on Third St. Saturday, Aug. 11, Pelaccio will make an appearance at the Hudson Farmer's Market.
